Who’s ready for the big game? I know I am; especially since Carolina is a part of this year’s show! I swear it’s electric around here. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, has a flag, a shirt or a bumper sticker to show their support. Charlotte is ready to kick some Denver butt (sorry Denver fans! I still love you!).
In lieu of the upcoming event, I was asked by Naturally Fresh® to come up with a tasty game day treat that could be enjoyed by all without a lot of fuss or muss. It wasn’t difficult to land on pimento cheese as my choice. Here in the south, this stuff is almost as critical to well being as sweet tea. Add a little bacon and ranch dressing to the mix and you’ll have to start turning them away at the door.
So here’s where we’re at. Blue cheese and Ranch dressing from Naturally Fresh. Yummo.
Honestly, either of these would be amazing added to pimento cheese but I did eenie meenie mighty moe and, well, ranch won.
Cook up a couple slices of bacon and add that to a bowl along with the ranch, some cheese, pimentos (of course), mayo, cream cheese and parsley.
Stir it up, toss out some crackers, toast points or veggies and you’re ready for a little pigskin quarterback tossing action. Super simple!
The best news of all is that Naturally Fresh would like to share their delectable all natural salad dressings with you as well! I have four coupons for free dressing. Check out their website and let me know what your favorite flavor is. Good luck and Go Carolina!

This looks SO good! Since my team isn’t in the Super Bowl, and my sister just moved to Charlotte, I’ll be rooting for the Panthers too this year! Whoohoo!
